Contact page examples
Real contact us pages from SaaS products, agencies and retail brands, captured live at retina size and reviewed by hand. They show the main ways a contact page can work: routing people to the right team, selling with a form, or acting as a help desk.
What we saw
4 patterns across 44 pages
- Route before you ask
- The most common SaaS pattern opens with cards that split sales, support, press or partnerships, so each visitor reaches the right form or channel instead of one generic inbox. Examples: Linear, Mercury, Clerk, Superhuman, Wealthsimple, Brevo, Omnisend.
- Sales pages pair the form with proof
- When the page is really a sales enquiry, the form sits beside a short pitch, customer logos or ratings. ElevenLabs lists compliance badges next to its form; Vercel and Intercom keep proof and form on one screen. Examples: Vercel, ElevenLabs, Cal.com, Airtable, Intercom, Gong, Dub.
- Agencies lead with voice and addresses
- Studios skip the long form. Big type, office cities and direct email addresses do the work, and the headline sounds like the agency itself. Examples: Metalab, Wieden+Kennedy, Koto, Ragged Edge, Ogilvy, Pentagram.
- Retail contact pages are help desks
- Fashion and ecommerce brands put order questions, service channels and store details first, because most people arriving here want help with an order rather than a conversation. Examples: Kith, Axel Arigato, Our Legacy, Satisfy, Revolut.

Before you build
A checklist for your contact page
- Say who the page is for in the headline, and route sales, support and press to separate places.
- Ask only for the fields your team uses to reply, and mark optional ones.
- Set expectations: reply time, opening hours or the fastest channel.
- Offer a path that isn't a form: an email address, chat or a help centre link.
- Confirm the submission on the page and say what happens next.
Contact page examples — FAQ
What should a contact page include?
A clear headline, a way to reach the right team (sales, support, press), a short form or a direct email address, and an expectation of when someone will reply. Retail brands add order help and store details; B2B products often add customer logos beside a sales form.
Should a contact page use a form or an email address?
Both work. SaaS products in this collection mostly use forms routed by team, which helps them qualify sales leads. Agencies more often publish email addresses and office locations. Offering both gives people a choice.
How do I design a contact sales page?
Keep the form short, place it beside proof the buyer cares about (customer logos, ratings, security badges), and say what happens after submitting, such as a demo call within a working day. Vercel, ElevenLabs, Cal.com and Gong are good examples above.
