Instagram post: Apartment building split between pencil blueprint sketch and photoreal render

The concept is a before-and-after slider. The left half is a monochrome architectural pencil drawing with dimension lines, on a pale white-grey background. The right half shows the same stone-clad mid-rise building as a warm photoreal render: glowing interiors, planters with flowers and lush trees under a soft blue sky with a few clouds. A thin vertical divider with a circular arrow handle sits at the centre, and the landscaping and trees continue across both halves. The finish is premium and restrained, with plenty of sky left as negative space for the type.
